când au venit și au instalat, au tăiat tubul de protecție pe perete și au lăsat senzorul să fie acoperit cu adeziv, prin urmare, în cazul în care senzorul se defectează sau termostatul cedează la un moment dat, va trebui să cumpăr un nou termostat care acceptă un NTC de 20kOhm doar pentru că aveau atât de puțin creier încât să lase senzorul gol în adezivul plăcilor.

The installing service is absolutely amatorial, you don't have to be an engineer to install the floor heating perfectly, but this company did a very bad job.

One thing they had to do, just to install the heating mats provided by them on the floor together with the floor temperature sensor, and they did it, but the method was purely amatorial like it was done the first time for them not having any idea about the whole aystem.

I have pre installed for them the thermostat on the wall together with the floor sensor (as it should be done, jn a protective tube to be able to replace it if it fails working).
when they came and did the i stall, they cut the protective tube to the wall, and left the sensor to be covered with adhesive, therefore, in case the sensor fails, or the thermostate fails at some point, I'll have to buy a new thermostat that accepts a 20kOhm NTC just because they had so little brain to let the sensor naked in the tiles adhesive.

second thing, they routed the earthing wire to the thermostat, but the floor heating mat mat is not provided with an earthing wire, so they left it disconnected, so now, I have no failure protection and the system is in a bathroom.

I would not advise these guys services unless you can stay next to them and tell them what should be done next.
