Positive: Very cheap and affordable. Right next to city centre plentiful of shopping mall and beautiful parks nearby with places to take nice photos on vacation. Ideal for students and anyone with a small budget. Sadly, no fridge or cooking facility otherwise with be an ideal place to stay for long term. No disruption or party night from neighbours. Very quite/peaceful and respectful people. No issues of any antisocial behaviour.. Negative: No heating was available and at times draft gets in through the window. Apartment in Basement are cold and there are no FIRE EXIT available, important to be noted for fire safety precautions !!! Felt unsafe at night. Car passing by the road makes loud noise this can disrupt sleep as the windows doesn’t appear to have any soundproof capability. Spider waves can be found on window seal. Toilet and shower has no fume extractor fans and the floor tiles could be fixed with renovation work..

Positiv: Der Preis war günstig. Immerhin kein Ungeziefer und keine sichtbaren Flecken auf der Bettdecke.. Negativ: Zunächst einmal war die Kommunikation mit dem Personal sehr schwierig. Ich hatte vorab gesagt, wann wir ungefähr kommen, dann wurde wieder nachgefragt. So etwas nervt, gerade im Urlaub. An der Freundlichkeit des Personals gibt es schon nichts mehr zu kritisieren, weil sie nicht vorhanden war. Das Gemeinschaftsbad lädt maximal zum Zähneputzen ein. Handtücher gab es keine, was auch realistisch war, denn die verdreckte Dusche möchte wohl keiner benutzen. Das Zimmer dürfte als unterer Sub-Standard durchgehen. Es riecht alles muffig. Das Bett ist unbequem und die Matratze machte einen leicht feuchten Eindruck. Dies dürfte auch darauf zurückzuführen sein, dass es sich um einen Kellerverschlag handelt. Alles in allem wohl die primitivste Unterkunft mit dem unfreundlichsten Personal, das man sich vorstellen kann. Es überzeugt allein der Preis..

Positive: Very near city centre and price was affordable. Lots shop nearby. People are helpful general very sunny and bright location. Negative: Weak Wi-fi, signal interruptions, no heating cold, Furniture’s are old and some are broken. The bed and duvet sheets doesn’t appear to be washed..
